Start Now - It’s
easy to get started. Call
321-757-9900. Try our private
introductory program with one of our awesome instructors. It's just $19.95
and comes with a free uniform and belt. You will learn 3 self-defense
techniques, plus it will teach you proper punching, kicking, and stances.
This program will also teach you techniques to increase focus, listening skills,
concentration, and self-discipline. Afterwards, you will have a
private consultation to discuss your training goals, our programs, your level of interest, and
tuition. Other family members are always welcome and are given awesome
incentives to get started as well.

Just a quick note to

ranks. They are patient, very positive, clear with instructions and give a
