Dear Master McCarthy,
I enrolled my son at Family TaeKwon-Do in June.
Right away I noticed the gift Mr. Austin has in his communication with children and
adults. My son is extremely shy, and within seconds, Mr. Austin set him at
ease. He creates a personalized program for each student, exhibiting care
and courtesy, while maintaining professionalism and mutual respect. I am a
teacher, and I see many teachers who are not as skilled in their communication
with children as Mr. Austin. He goes the extra mile in making the facility
a warm and comfortable place for the students to come.
